My EBay phone alerts seem to be all wonky. They either don't happen or they are delayed. Sometimes when I log into my desktop and see 3 sales that have been sitting for an hour my phone suddently "wakes up" and alerts me.
My phone used to go off every time I had an offer, a message, or a sale.
I have notifications turned on (I guess this is obvious since it sort-of-works sometimes).
