eBay doesn't let me choose lettermail as a shipping option at the "purchase shipping label" step

Hey, I'm a brand new eBay seller and I'm having issues with letter mail shipping. As you can see from the first picture, I set my item to ship as a letter mail, but once a buyer has bought my item and I need to print the shipping label, the letter mail option isn't there? And I'd rather not pay 18$ for an 8$ game. I have 3 business days to figure out this problem.

You have to use stamps for lettermail. If you want, you can copy and paste the name and address from the order details and use that on the envelope.

Ok and is there an option that is cheaper between using stamps or copy and paste the name and adress? Last time I shipped something by copy pasting the price was $10 higher than what it said online. When that is done do I just go to that sold item and click mark as shipped? Thank you for the help

If you paid $10 more than you must have been purchasing a parcel and yes, a parcel will be more if you buy it at the post office rather than online. There is no price inbetween lettemail and parcel but to use oversize lettermail your package has to be less than 2 cm thick.
