eBay is scamming me

So I sold an item on eBay while it was shipping it got delayed. Buyer opened an item not received case on me and won it for some reason even though the item had tracking showing that it was still in transit. So the buyer got all their money back plus shipping. Well now the item has been delivered and I can't get any money or my item back since they already closed the case. The real thing to understand here is that I a seller did nothing wrong and lost my product and money for shipping.

same here, provided tracking, all info provided and ebay won't pay me fo 30 days

You can politely send him a message saying you will send a PayPal invoice since tracking shows the item was delivered. Then go to PayPal, find the transaction and send him a money request for the total. In the message, you can add the item number, description and tracking for his reference. Good luck!

Polite being the important word here. "I am pleased to see your purchase of...... has finally been recieved. I enclose an invoice that simplifies returning the refund." You might sweeten the deal by taking a deep breath and reducing the requested payment by $XX because the delivery was late. Politely.
