So I sold an item on eBay while it was shipping it got delayed. Buyer opened an item not received case on me and won it for some reason even though the item had tracking showing that it was still in transit. So the buyer got all their money back plus shipping. Well now the item has been delivered and I can't get any money or my item back since they already closed the case. The real thing to understand here is that I a seller did nothing wrong and lost my product and money for shipping.
the buyers put the claim in to E Bay so you are not in favor of getting paid for the product. E Bay only cares about the buyer. they do care to offer and decent help to the seller. E Bay dose not care that the USPS or Canada post is slammed. they should be send a broadcast to all the buyers across the world and let them know there are delays. It seems E Bay would never do that it will hurt there pocket Book all they care about is the Money. you are correct the seller get it in the end alway Trust me E Bay only sides with the buyer in these cases and the seller always looses
you might want to look at other ways to sell your product.
