You can sell on any eBay site worldwide from your registered account in Canada no matter where you live.
There are a few quirks- but nothing huge.
However.
With Managed Payments it would depend if you are immigrating or just another snowbird.
Managed Payments requires you to have a checking account with a bank in your country of registration.
If you are already registered, and plan to keep your Canadian bank accounts, no problem.
If you are moving permanently and closing your Canadian bank accounts, you will have to move your registration to dotCOM and open a checking account with a US bank.
