how to change the invoice amount

I sent the invoice but by mistake I add what was supposed to be total amount, resulting in double amount. How can i revise and erase the wrong amount.

Send a polite message to the buyer, explaining the problem and letting her know that you will be sending a corrected invoice.

Correct the invoice. Do NOT click Recalculate.

Send.

If you have a problem with the eBay invoice, go to Paypal and use the Invoice option there. Indicate the eBay transaction number in the text box. When the seller pays, mark both the PP and the eBay lists as Paid.
