Is relisting an item individually the only option available now?

It looks like you are a returning/occasional seller.

It may be worthwhile to take your time and relist/list one at a time at the moment, especially if you have only a few items to upload.

There have been (as usual) a lot of changes in the past year including the Returns preferences *, and depending on how long you have been away, changes in the fees.

Also, you can expect to have your buyer's cleared payment Held for 21 days against your customer service.

*You don't have to offer Returns, but you still have to give refunds so you may as well get the Thing back. EBay has also been advertising their Money Back Guarantee more actively to buyers so assume that if you have a Dispute you will be paying return shipping and refunding. This is not actually a policy change, but a change in emphasis.

I do not use Seller Hub on .ca but you can still bulk re-list. The new look for Active page and Unsold page have limited use and I find them atrocious to work with....definitely not an improvement. Bulk re-list is still an option with or without Seller Hub

No, I relisted this morning with no problems.

I just went to my Unsold Items page, clicked on the box to the left of the titles I wanted to relist and then clicked on Relist as usual. (The option for Sell Similar still exists, too.)

It may be worth mentioning that , relist or sell similar, you can make changes to all your items at this point. I've been making sure that all my items include the new eBay preference for 30 day returns which makes a difference if you are going for Top Rated Seller status and the derisory discounts from that.

Are you relisting from your Unsold List? What are you seeing that makes you think you are stuck with one relist at a time?

For BIN items you could use the Good Til Cancelled option. I personally prefer not to, to keep control of the items I am rotating in and out and to save my 6 cent listing fees until the bitter end of the month to get the most bang for my buck in promotional store fees. (Store with 250 free listings).  For Auction listings unfortunately your only options are 1,3,5,7 & 10 days.
