sellers asked by ebay for donations for hurricane relief

i have no idea why ebay want me to give to the hurricane relief in the usa as much as i feel for them i have hardlley any sales to contribute from,im thinking ebay should man up and contribute a hundred million at least in recognition of this.on the part of all sellers, they are wanting to look good at the expense of all the people suffering, shame on you ebay time to man up and use a small part of your profits

I would turn ebay down , they should not even ask you to donate , my suspicion is that ebay will pocket at least 30% of what anyone donates . Ebay over the years has become greedy imposing unfair fees to both buyers and sellers , the GSP was just the start of it .

Are you talking about that line a the bottom of the shopping cart/checkout that asks if you want to donate a dollar to (cause of the month)? It's the same as a grocery store cashier asking if you'd like to give a dollar to the PickNFlick Foundation. Ignore.
