You need a Payoneer account to get paid. You need a Sri Lankan business license apparently. Then look for the Seller School and take that course. It's free. Sell what you know, know what you sell. Don't dropship. Check the High price on similar items. Do not use Free Shipping. Do not use Surface Shipping.

Do you have a  method of payment set up?
Canadians must use eBay's Managed Payments system, but Sri Lankans like yourself need a Payoneer account and a Sri Lankan business license.

i have payoneer account. Now i need to link payoneer to ebay account.then can i start selling on ebay?
