what happens if buyer dosent return the item on due date that ebay told them too?

If he has sent the item with tracking, eBay will probably give him some time for it to arrive.

If he didn't use tracking, or if he didn't send it at all, he loses the Claim.

For the record, are you the seller?

If the buyer was not in Canada, did you send return postage and how?

We have been told that we can buy USPS return shipping labels through Shippo and I'm trying to get Real Life confirmation of that.

They haven’t sent at all as of yet and the due date for returning was yesterday.I was just wondering if Ebay sticks to their return dates rules or do they give buyers exceptions

If the return-by date has passed, call the Resolution Centre and ask to escalate the case. One the case is escalated and closed, the freeze on your funds will be released.
