Ebay.ca issue

i have no issue logging into ebay.com but when i open ebay.ca, i cant order or save or even view my history, and its not a browser issue,  anyone else?

If you mean your search history i have the same issue. Now all i get is ebay suggestions and thats it with no option anymore to turn them off.
