Guest order access code

The confirmation emails for guest orders don't contain any "access code" to be used in the "sign in as guest" form. This is a major bug, that completely interrupts a wide range of functionality for guest users, and causes alot of confusion and frustration.

The best answer would be to drop the entire idea of 'guest users' and only allow bids from people who sign up and open a Paypal account.
