I am looking to contact ebay regarding ISP SURVEY as it takes over / overrides.

My security system is clean, malware is installed.

The only time this happens is when I am on ebay.ca.

Then eventually ISP SURVEY takes over.

I am unable to find a contact in ebay to report this. 

I am told the source could be through on of ebays many ads.

Have you tried installing an ad blocker?

Not at this time. The anti virus people said there was nothing. They passed it onto their malware person who checked as well. I also was able to talk with someone at Ebay BUT, the problem still exists. I will look into the ad blocker. Thank you!
