If you mean the "contact us" phone #, it has been unavailable for me too, for more than 2 weeks. As there is no other way to contact ebay, we must wait for the site to be fixed.
You will not get anyone from ebay to respond here as this is a member to member help board.
You could try posting in the discussion section.
