I cannot get myselection to register on sell site. when it prompts for category, it gives list and I select which I want and it wont accept

When I go to list item for sale and I select category.  It will not accept the box that has check mark.  It acts like I never selected the item, tried going back and refreshing page.  I even restarted my computer thinking it was internet issue but it still wont let my selection show and allow me to move forward in posting my items for sale.

For some reason it just takes time to load.  I find that its quicker when using Firefox vs Microsoft though.
