"the" email address, - you make it sound like such a thing exists. 😄
Ebay wants you to phone instead. I suppose you could always phone and ask for the email address. But calling is usually pretty quick, so I'd say try that first. You access it from the Customer Support drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Choose the Customer Support again, and then click the Contact eBay tab. From there you'll get a phone number (it's a free 1-800#) and a code which expires, so do it when you're ready to call.
If ever you do get an actual ebay email address, come back and post it on the board here. There are loads of people who would like to know it, too.
