Under "Add Shipping Details-Package Dimensions/Weight" now shows inches and lbs when I list?

Last night I added 3 new listings.  I noticed that under "Add Shipping Details-Package Dimensions/Weight" it now shows inches and lbs when I list instead of cm and kg.  Every other listing is fine, but any new listing defaults like I am on .com and not .ca.  Also, the "Charge Sales Tax" box is now unchecked.  When I click on any of those 3 listings and hit the revise button I proceed to checkmark the box and submit revisions.  Then when I go back in, it is back to being unchecked.  I called ebay 24 hours ago and they said they will look into it and call me back but no one did.  Is anyone else having these issues?  I didn't list anything at all today because I dont want to risk something selling within Canada and the GST portion going to Revenue Canada comes out of my pocket and not the buyer.

For dimensions what shows in the

Add or remove options menu drop down for shipping options?

Check the metric box and save. After you do that the edit page should show metric for your shipping calculation dimensions for that listing. (I'm using the old advanced form)

Thanks so much Dennis! I thought it was something wrong in my business policies. Under the Add or Remove Options tab, it had metric unchecked, add sales tax unchecked, and I noticed the watermarks on photos was now unchecked. I should have just posted in here first before calling ebay because noone has called me back still. Thanks again!
