I had paid for two items before I actually made an eBay account and because I want to know when they are coming, I wanted to use the trackers so I knew where they were but after I made an account I tried to used the tracking number but eBay keeps saying that I'm not the buyer or the seller. What should I do?

It is quite possible that the seller did not use a trackable service, which is quite expensive.

If your items have not arrived after a reasonable wait:

From Canada or the USA 20 days

From Europe 15 to 20 days

From Aisa 30 days

first contact the seller and ask for the date shipped and service used as well as the tracking number. As I said above, there may be no tracking number and this is not a problem.

If the seller's response is unsatisfactory (and one unsatisfactory response would be to offer to ship a replacement, don't accept this offer), go to Customer Support> Resolution Centre and open an Item Not Recieved Dispute.

This must be done within 45 days.

If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded.
