I am having the same problem and it has not fixed itself in seconds or days. I was told by customer service to use the canadian site to leave feedback and that worked for a couple of days but now that does not work. The customer service rep I talked with did not have a clue to any of the problems I asked about so I said thank you and hung up. I hope you have better luck than I did. Have a nice day.
