I AM BEING CHARGED WITH AN UNPAID ITEM.

I DIDNT ORDER THIS BELLY RING WITH MY NAME AS THE NAME ON IT SAYS "OLIVIA" AND THERE WAS NO WHERE ON THE SITE TO CHANGE THE NAME.

I WOULDNT BUY IT - AS MY NAME IS NOT OLIVIA......I PAY FOR ALL MY ITEMS..

THIS IS AN UNFAIR CHARGE. IF THE COMPANY WANTS TO CONTACT ME., AND ACTUALLY PUT MY NAME ON IT I WILL GLADLY GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY

I DONT KNOW ANYONE NAMED OLIVIA.

Is this showing as an actual eBay purchase on your account?

Then someone with access to your account ordered it.

If it was not you then change your passwords.

If you bought it and want a different name you contact the seller -- that info is with the purchase details (under more actions). Or you can ask the seller to cancel the purchase.

This message should be through the eBay system -- do not rely directly to an email.

Genuine unpaid item cases are closed in 4 days if you do not respond.  eBay will not force you to pay, but they will put a mark on your account that stays for one year. 2 marks will restrict your ability to buy.

Posting in all caps is considered to be shouting and quite rude.

If you have trouble reading a small font, it can be changed to a larger one.

You need to contact the Seller who opened the Unpaid Item Dispute.

UIDs are quite serious, since many, perhaps most, sellers have an automatic Block on bidders with UID Strikes.

Go to the Dispute and show that you did not order.

Before doing that you should ask if anyone in your household might have ordered the ring.

BTW, go to the Dispute ONLY through your eBay account. The notice of the Dispute will be in your Messages. Don't trust an email.

Umm-- does the picture say Olivia? Are these rings customized? Read the description as well as looking at the picture.

But deal with the Dispute as soon as possible.
