What should I do when recieved bad feedback,while I did my best? two buyers, give me bad feedback from same provice bought at the same time

I have 2 buyers who buy my item,at the  same time,same provice buy the same item and both of them give me bad feedback. It ruin my 100% rating.  While I give them good service. Fast shipping, wrap properly, give them good feedback, one I refund an over paid shipping,soon as he paid,with out no question asked.  One of them expect to get 6 item for $6 dollars while it says price for each?

I did all the best I can posibly do, and yet get the bad feedback?

Hi ..2 buyers same listing.  Perhaps your listing is creating problems . I see a pic with 9 notes and description $6. each.

Nothing you can do unless can sort it out to the point where buyer would accept a request for feedback revision. Could only file one request..
