Why am I restricted to my own items?

I try to see the descriptions to my own items but it says it is restriceted. Also even though I live in Canada, I also ship in the US but now I am automaticly dirested toward Canada Post when I want to print my USPS labels.

Can you help me?

It says 'French' in the upper right corner of my home page to change the language but I have always left it in English.

I hate to press and my last post on your Q. Are you saying that your browser..tools ..internet options..languages..is not showing any french (fr).

It has been in English from the beginning...

Then removing french FR from your browser's language preferences should stop the restriction.

I am indeed in Quebec but sell and ship in the US also. From time to time I am restricted to see my own listings!!! It lasts a few hours, then it stops and it's OK. I don't understand why.
