Why is the Canadian Ebay so slow compared to the U.S. .com site?

 Can't Ebay Canada kill the long running script problem? I have to use the U.S. site when I get fed up.

Install an ad blocker -- many of the issues are caused by badly behaving ads -- which ebay,ca does not seem to manage properly.

I figured it out as far as my experience goes. I added the security certificate for ebay and that is all it took to speed up the site. Pop-up blocker was already at work and no advert blocker needed.
