Fake recently viewed email notifications

Over the past 2 weeks now, I've received numerous fake 'recently viewed' email notifications. I say fake because they are not items I have viewed, ever. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

Saved Searches - not getting emails

Has been an issue for 2 days, is there a problem? 

UNFAIR - (ebay allows USA Sellers to list an item as NEW (other) and CAD Sellers as OPENBOX item.

Why is it that USA sellers have this option and CAD sellers do not - the search results show a big difference in placement of listings - most USA sellers rank higher because of this unfairness on eBay's part.

When replying to messages can only type 1 character at a time

Whenever I try to type in the messages textbox I can only get 1 letter at a time, its super time-consuming, and now for me to send or reply to messages I need to type the message elsewhere and paste it in. Has anyone else experienced this?
