eBay Bucks gotten was very different from that displayed

Today I purchased something that was listed at $50 with a eBay Bucks value of $11. I thought that was odd so I switched to IE (I was using Chrome) to check, and the value was still $11. I took screenshots from both Chrome and IE, and went ahead and purchased the item. However, after I had checked out, I was informed that I had only earned $1 eBay Buck. When I phoned eBay, they said that there was nothing they could do even though I had proof (the screenshots). It was obviously a fault on their end, and yet they said that they were unable to honor the original value. What should I do?

hi .. Nothing you can do and probably correct that Rep could not manipulate system even if they wanted to. Glitches happen.
