I am having technical difficulties with my eBay cart, and am unable to make payments. At first I just got an error message when I tried to checkout, but now I can't even open my cart. This has been going on for 4 or 5 days, and I have been unable to reach eBay support to fix the issue. As eBay's phone support is unavailable, perhaps there is a larger system-wide issue. Anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to log an issue with eBay other than by phone? Thanks Roberta

EBAY page setup. When looking at an item photo I could page down and see a large photo of the item with description and measurements of items (eg. statue dimensions). Somehow I have deleted this feature and cannot find how to bring it back up. Can anyone give me directions to reestablish this feature? Thank you in advance..

I wanted to buy my items from Canada and so I set my search for that. It is important to me to do this. I found a really nice dress but then I noticed that the same dress being sold from a seller that I knew was based in China. I checked the location and most all I looked at listed either Canada, China or based in China. I would like to know why when you set your search for items from Canada it still gives you China based items.

About 2 weeks ago now, ebay told me I needed to change my password for security reasons. It was a legitimate email, not a scam or anything, so directly through the site I reset my password. Immedietly after resetting my password and confirming my email, I went to log in, and got a "whoops, something went wrong, please try again later". Confirmed email and new password are correct, also tried with just my username. No help. Reset my password a total of 5 more times over the 2 weeks now, still no luck. Still telling me "something went wrong", and not even that my password or email is wrong, just that something went wrong. Getting really annoyed now. Have tried on several other browsers and devices and get the same error. Tried to contact staff to no luck because the only option left is calling them and I'm not up to dealing with that. Anyone else ever had this happen, and hopefully have any suggestions? Googling the issue others have dealt with it but those posts are quite old now.

I purchased an antenna rotator and it was important it take about a week to receive the item. So when I looked for a seller I check if the item come from north America. The item location said USA. Perfect I ordered. It taked many days before the shipping began. I contact the seller who said the item was shipping thru Ebay GSP. I began to investigate to see the seller was from Israel and the item was coming too from Israel. At the end, it take two long weeks for the shipping. It is not the first time I get this problem. Another time the item location was Canada and the tracking said me it coming from China. The shipping time is an important factor when I buy. Thanks.

Bought two items last night that I had in my shopping cart. One went through fine. The other shows as "Unpaid" even although I have the receipt and order confirmation showing it has been paid. My Paypal account also shows it is paid, and not pending. How can I fix this so it shows up in my orders rather than an unpaid item? It has been many hours, and I've logged in and out of my account to see if it cleared itself. but it hasn't. Is this a known glitch with using the shopping cart?

Ebay removed one my listings, now I have a bunch of orders awaiting shipment, and when I try to mark them as shipped nothing happens and I get "undefined". How I can mark these orders are shipped as I intend to fulfill them as soon as possible, and this is holding me up.

Hi, I recently posted few listings but only one of them is visible through search and under my items for sale. I currently have 10 listings from which 4 were added 3 days ago. I can view all the listings under my selling page but I can't find them in search or under my store. I've revised the settings and nothing seems out of the ordinary. Any help?

I am trying to send an email to a seller I bought from. Every time I click SEND MESSAGE, I get an "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later." I have been trying for 2 days numerous times & get the same response. I've sent emails before with no problem so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. Can someone please help me. Thanks, joanne

I like to search auctions in subcategories WITHOUT keywords. The results are always returned without the current number of bids and without shipping info. The bid information and shipping info will show up if a keyword is used OR IF A WORD IS EXCLUDED. I now add -asfdhogaeringaioeghasdf (negative sign followed by random letters) as keyword to my searches. ps. ebay, you could fix this......

I open the ebay app,do a search,all is well until I click on an item.Then the item shows up for about a second,disappears,and the page goes back to opening page I started from. I cleared cache etc.,didn't work.deleted app+ reinstalled it,didn't work! If I go to ebay though a search engine, this doesn't happen.It works fine on other devices I have/ laptop/ Fire hd8/another Fire hd10 that I have(for sale). Any chance Alexa is confusing something? It's the only device with it. I the issue is on a Fire hd10/64gb. Also,if I click on something on the opening page,( not doing a search)it goes to the item for a second,then closes the app altogether,and goes to to start screen on tablet!

When I log onto ebay https address is fine but as soon as click on an item the https address turns red and it is displayed as a non-secure site. Consequently I don't want to purchase if not secure. Any suggestions why this is happening with ebay? thanks

For at least 48 hrs now (might have been longer, but I haven't checked my listing in a while), whenever I try to access my listings page, I get an error message saying "Well, this is embarassing.", that the page I'm trying to access isn't loading, and to try again later. Later, of course, gives the same result. I only have 1 item for sale, and I always did think it odd that it always showed 0 views (I mean, I viewed it from time to time, so...). But now I can't view it at all. So I logged out, cleared cache and cookies, and did a search for the model camera I'm selling. My listing doesn't appear in the results. Anyone else experiencing this glitch?

Hello I had ordered couple drones for sons birthday they didn't come ebay gave me a refund but the only gave a refund for one when I ordered two so maybe they didn't see the quantity was 2 but been trying to email them but anytime I click on item says case closed and doesn't give me option to email and explain what has happened

Aren't all gifts free? I tried redeeming a "free" gift but all it shows is how much it costs? So what's free about a gift that costs money. And it seems to me that all gifts are free without saying they are free, n'est ce pas?

I am having a major issue with a buyer who has not received his parcel yet. He speaks French, I do not. It's something ebay Canada should consider since officially Canada is bilingual. Anyway I am at my wits end for how to communicate with this person who is perfectly in the right. His parcel has been lost by Canada Post, we both have the tracking information and I have messaged him but I cannot respond to his open request because I simply can't read it. eBay keeps warning me to respond to him or risk my rating that I have worked so hard to achieve but despite calling customer service to explain the situation I am still being hounded by ebay. This just plain sucks for everyone but I have no idea what else to do. I have contacted Canada Post, they are trying to find the parcel, the customer has initiated a charge back, I don't blame him, I just cannot respond directly to his message. I sent him a note through the regular channel where you contact the customer but I don't even know if he has someone to translate for him. This is causing me some major stress and probably the customer as well. I have no idea what to do next.

The sellers listings display have changed and I can't safe anything to my different lists.Only wish list works,but when it's full I can't safe to my other lists. Why this changes? It was much easier and more detailed before to read a listing and the details and specs about the item.

Hi all; Just wondering?, what happened to my 'Wishlist'??? I can find my 'Watchlist' but I can't find my 'Wishlist'??? Could someone please help me on this one bc I can't find an answer to my question in the proper option, and my question was, "Where is my Wishlist"? Could not find an answer 'Anywhere' in you site. So yes, please instruct me on how to find and use my 'already created' Wishlist which I have had for 'Many Years Now'. I have items I'd like to review, and I have items I'd like to add to my Wishlist, also, I'm not very tech., savvy at all so maybe that's why I can't find it? However, I have not had a problem finding my wishlist for the past ? (I think I registered with eBay in either 2004 or 2006, so that's close to 10 yrs I have been with you and I have never had a problem finding my Wishlist till now. I do also have a 'Watchlist' but I have many items saved in my Wishlist that I would like to review and as I mentioned I also have items I'd like to add to my Wishlist. For about 2 months, a sold item continues to be shown in my active files, not automatically deleting itself as before. When I search out my shop as seen by my customers, the sold item is not there. But it remains in the Active columns in myhome shop view. It appears in Sold, but also in Active. This I do not prefer, automatic deletion of sold from active; I do. Can this be accomplished ? I used to be able to see all my items on various different lists at the same time (DVD, Gifts, Books etc). Now all I can see is my Watch list. The thing is...I can still save items to my old lists when I do a search on eBay but I can't view them. Every time I call eBay all I get is some Foreigner who is useless. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello, I clicked Contact Seller on the item page, then clicked Other, then clicked Contact Seller on that proceeding page. I got the message repeatedly, but after multiple F5s or Shift-F5s, it finally loaded. I should have saved the text I typed, because when I tried to submit THAT page, same message, and I have done Shift-F5 over and over and over. I have verified that I was not redirected to a non-eBay site. Site outage? Thanks, coolwahadmtl

So something has recently changed on eBay.ca. I used to be able to see all of the different items I was watching on various different lists consecutively. Now all I can see is my Watch List. Does anyone know how to get this back. eBay Customer Service is not being very helpful.
