Hello I had ordered couple drones for sons birthday they didn't come ebay gave me a refund but the only gave a refund for one when I ordered two so maybe they didn't see the quantity was 2 but been trying to email them but anytime I click on item says case closed and doesn't give me option to email and explain what has happened

It's a bug on eBay right now and I'm surprised nobody has really been mentioning much on it. If you purchase a item and then purchase the same item more times. You will only be able to open a request for one purchase. If you try to open more cases with other transactions on the same item it throws a error saying you already have a request for that item.

It has happened to me 3 times now in the past couple months and I had to go through PayPal resolutions to fix it. I won't be bothering with eBay requests until they fix that.

Odd. I think you need to call Customer Service about this.
