I sold a hockey card 10 days ago and the buyer said the card was damaged and sent me pictures of damaged corners. Obviously a different card. The pictures on my add prove it. I accepted the return and am sending him a shipping label with tracking tomorrow. When I receive the card back and it's a different card this is the advice I got from other sports card buyers if the card is in fact different.
report him to ebay for misuse of the MBG
report him to ic3.gov for internet fraud
report him to usps.gov for mail fraud
report him to your police dept. for fraud
report him to his police dept. for fraud.
All the above should be doable on-line
But this is for the USA it look's like. I am in Canada so I don't know how to report to "ic3.gov" Is there a .gov site for this in Canada? I can't find any info regarding this. And yes it's worth it to me to do all this if he scams me.
Thank's for any help.

Correction:" advice from both buyers and sellers"
