Hi all! I'm sellling something in a 14 x 14 x 14 box (this one to be exact) and it weighs 0.191 grams which I put in as 200 grams since four digits aren't allowed. The cheapest label is the "Canada Post Tracked Packet USA", am I allowed to use this or do I need to go with "Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA" since it's a box, not a packet?

Yes, you can use tracked packet. Note that buying the label though eBay Labels is MUCH cheaper than directly through Canada Post.
To anyone else reading this, his measurements are in CM. A box that was 14x14x14 inches would be too large to qualify (and would weight more than 200g).

Thank you so much! I am buying the label through eBay.
I do have one more question though: Everytime I try to buy the label, I get this message "Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct." Have I done something wrong? I attached a screenshot and edited out the addresses. (I am shipping from Canada to USD)

Have you tried a slightly larger size for one of the dimensions? It's possible there's something weird in the programming. Canada Post says 14cm min, but the USPS requires 15cm on one dimension. Maybe someone messed up the programming. Did you fill in the customs section correctly?

I'll check! Unless I'm not supposed to pay until after I've printed and shipped it?

You can't print it until you click on purchase label.
I put in the same dimensions on an older transaction and I didn't get that message. But I don't need the label so I did not click on purchase shipping label. Is that when you are seeing the message in red?
If so, I wonder if the program is set up to multiple the 3 dimensions rather than add them together. Your dimensions are below the maximum.
