Cannot verify my bank account

I did everything suggested to switch to a new bank account. For some reason, none of the information that I've inputted for either bank account can be verified. I've called for help twice and both times, although the team members tried their best, there has been nothing that they could do. I've sold an item, but there doesn't seem to be any way for me to get my money. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with eBay's system. I've been a client for 20 years, and I can't believe that I am unable to link my original bank account to my eBay account. I have sent in statements, I have set up another bank account, I've called for help, but still I can't be verified. How do I get my money? Even when I try to type into this comment section, it doesn't work. Overall, my recent experience with eBay has been VERY UNSATISFYING!

Are you trying to use a US dollar account or a Canadian dollar account? What bank are you using and what type of account is it?

Also Tangerine has often been cited as not playing well with Managed Payments, and there are some new discussions about similar problems with Simplii.
Neither online bank seems to be able to support business accounts nor are they willing to allow online sellers (even those identifying as hobbyists) to use personal accounts for selling.

This is new from Simplii.
