Ebay International SARL charged me 53€

Hi there,

I dind't find a solution in the Forums so I'll try here and hope for help.
So, Ebay International SARL charged me 53€ im my bank account. Google says it might be seller fees for Europe, charged and payed trough PayPal. Could also be fraud.
I am not a registered seller on ebay nor have I sold anything for 2 years.
Does anybody have a solution what to do so have a chance to get my money back?

How was the money withdrawn. Paypal? Call paypal and request an explanation.

I have to edit: Its not SARL but only 'Ebay International AG', nothing to do with PP, nothing was charged through PayPal. Might be email Fraud?

eBay international AG is the item line I see for seller fees. I don't think eBay pulls those directly from bank accounts but through PayPal. What country are you in?

When you last sold on eBay, did you leave your account in good standing? Were seller fees due?

No seller fees were due, I sold two items on ebay at all so far. I am in Germany.

It does look like they charged you selling fees.

Was the money directly taken from your bank account or through a credit card? I'd call up eBay and see what their reasoning is.

They charged it directly from my bank account. I will try to call eBay and solve this.

Seller fees can be paid by paypal, debit card or credit card.

It's something the seller sets up in their account under Choose Automatic Payment Method.
