Hi, I purchased this wireless camera system and had a troubles with setup. Seller tried to help me but it didn't work. I just gave up. I have my cameras working now, xmeye works on my tablet as well. I tried many times to setup email notification, but it is not working. Anybody knows where is the problem and know how to fix it? I don't know what numbers should be in Network setup, those automatically entered by system didn't work, I tried to change it with no result. I would be very thankful for your help.I filled the rest with my gmail address. Test says failed connect to server.

You may want to try reaching out directly to the manufacturer of the product you bought. They should have either a phone number or email address to contact directly and they should be able to help walk you through any setup issues and confirm if you have conflicts using the software with your particular operating system. Hope that gets you on your way to a fix?

Hi, I already contacted them long time ago and now again. Made in China, sold from China. They couldn't help me so far with the email setup which doesn't work with the manual. Thank you.
