Hi.. Did anybody had a problem with sending Expedited Parcell through Canadapost to the USA .

Since Canada Post made all the changes , I can't send Expedited Parcel to the USA  . Always telling me that the destination postal code is not valid , can't print the shipping labels through Pay Pal  ider - the same problem - postal code is not valid .  Any idea what is wrong ???. I try contact canada post - but only got answering devices ...

The post office clerks didn't tell you what the problem was?

The most common problem is that invalid measurements have been entered. The minimum measurements for an Expedited USA parcel is 21cm x 14cm x .5cm

Expedited parcel in Canada allows the packages to be smaller.
