How can I sell in USD?

I am a Canadian seller trying to list item in USD.  Where is the potion to change currency while listing item?

If you're using the short sell your item form, you can change the currency under the category Format & Price.

If you're using the longer/advanced form, you should see choose a currency near the top of the first page.
