For what reason do you want to do that? It's a customer loyalty program, and it doesn't cost you anything to use.

Go to: My eBay -> Purchase History

On the left, there is an "eBay Bucks" link, click on it

At the bottom of the page, there is this small text:

Want to unenroll from eBay Bucks?

Click on the link and follow the instructions.

And it doesn't affect your revenue as a seller if a buyer uses their ebay Bucks to purchase from you. ebay pays for it, as it's an ebay loyalty program. It's win-win for everyone.
