I'm trying to send a message via the Resolution Center and the message doesn't go through, I get an error message instead. I've been trying to do this for hours......what's the problem?

Basically the Resolution Centre is an automated system. There are no human beings involved, as such.

You need to phone and get a PIN number.

Choose a time when the customer service office in Utah is likely to be open. Don't use a phone that charges you by the minute. You will be on Hold a lot. Have a good book and snacks handy.

Write down your problem so that you can make it clear to the clerk.
