In speaking to another seller that has recently been "locked out" they are unable to do anything, include chat with CS. They are now seeing fees for listings as they roll over with GTC. Attached is the Cole's Notes version. Not sure they could put their store on away even if they wanted to.

I see they blocked contact.I'm getting automated messages until waiting for them to call me.Sadly I just found out that the Insertion fees are Transaction Conversion Rate , they charge Sellers . I never get those before and not Informed. They told me on chat that I had to be aware of it ?

You do not need a Store subscription to sell on eBay.

You have 250 FREE Listings without a Store and given your level of activity, there doesn't seem to be any reason to change that.
