Items never arrived, message went unanswered?

I ordered two item on 12/08/14, as of today it's 25/12/14, and neither of the items have arrived. Both were from the same seller, two shirts so not very large items. The shipping and whatnot never stated any issues, paid just fine, said it had been shipped and everything. I sent a message to the seller last month as well as one two months ago, it was never answered. Should I just open a support ticket maybe? I don't want the seller to get in trouble if it was just a shipping issue, but by now I'm really impatient.

You would have needed to open a claim with paypal within 45 days of the purchase so it is too late to have ebay or paypal help you. If you paid with a credit card through paypal you may be able to file a claim with your cc company.
