I keep getting same automated message from the seller over and over again I have it like 75+ times now in my messages, how can I get it to stop?

That's odd. What's the message? Out-of-office? You might have to call Customer Service and report it as a technical glitch. I can't image in what seller would send you the same message 75 times.

It's a response to why my item hasn't arrived, saying to give it another week

It does sound like a technical problem. Just in case it is because something is stuck at your end, you should try clearing history and cache and then rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, let the seller know what is going on ask them to send you another message about something else. Perhaps them sending a new message will make the repeat one stop? My last resort would be to call customer service.

It's my practice, based on many years of mail order experience to allow:
15 days for arrival from Europe
20 days for arrival from North America
30 days for arrival from Asia.
I guess it's been longer than that since you have asked the seller about non-arrival.
Given an automated response, I suggest you move to the Item Not Received dispute.
File through Paypal which allows you up to 180 days to claim.
If the seller cannot show delivery he will be required to refund you promptly. If he does not, PP will, and then go after him for their money.
You can also Block his messages on your personal email account. Since there is a transaction/dispute underway, I wouldn't do it on eBay Messages yet.
And yes, don't accept an offer of a replacement. It won't arrive either.

I get the same thing too from a seller, it's really frustrating, it's like talking to a Robot.
