If you paid by credit card you can call the 1-800 number
on the back of the card and ask about doing a chargeback.
No guarantee because credit card companies also have rules
but they have a longer time to file. a claim.

Thank you for your reply... unfortunatly, payment wasn't made with the credit card.

Why the heck did you wait so long to open a dispute??

It was a pre-sale ( pre-command)... that means the seller don't have the item when he listed it... I bought it on august 7th and the item was supposed to be avalaible sometime near september 20th... by the time i was supposed to received it, delay of 45 days was passed. SO, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN "PRE-COMMAND" AGAIN!!!

That's why you should use paypal, it's pretty easy to get your money back in this situation with them.

Sellers are required to ship pre release items within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you allow 10 days to receive the item that still leaves you adequate time to open a dispute.
You should not have waited longer than the 45 days for opening a dispute.
