Why something can be seen on ebay.ca but cannot be seen on ebay.com and either?

I try to find some products that I'm gonna buy on ebay.ca but can't find something suitable, then, I try to find on another domain that is ebay.com then I realized that with the same key words of products I typed on, there displayed different items on both sides. It means some items displays on ebay.ca but do not on ebay.com or either. But of course there still have some items display on both sides. So, are there some special items that are hidden on one side and just can be seen on the other side?

It depends on what the seller has setup for ship to locations and excluded shipping locations... If a eBay.COM seller has shipping setup for Canada then their items will show up on both eBay.CA and eBay.COM and vise versa. 

If a seller on eBay.COM only ships to the USA then you won't be able to see their listings on .CA or .COM from a Canadian address.
