Well, aren't you the bright one.  I had to create another account so that I could get the Customer Service # and post on the Discussion Board.  I came to realize that no one could see my smoke signals.  Not any one that cared anyways!

I've found, when I get an 'experiencing technical difficulties' page, that just back buttoning a few pages and trying again cures the momentary glitch.

At worst, I close my computer, allow the imps inside time to get a coffee and a smoke, and then re-open it to find they are refreshed and ready to go.
