May I ask which country you purchased it from and if you care to disclose the price you paid?

P.S. I meant to add that if you purchased it from say China and the price was REALLY low - you say it's really pretty - just enjoy it - only you will know.

Take a look at:
http://toronto.ctvnews.ca/toronto-police-seize-6-5m-worth-of-fake-goods-21-people-charged-1.1566323
It all comes down to a simple comment: if it appears to be too good to be true, it is.
Avoid any "luxury name brand" offered on eBay (or anywhere else) if the price is too low.

The sellers on the clothing board on .com may be able to help you.
http://community.ebay.com/t5/Clothing-Shoes-Accessories/bd-p/27
If this is something already own, take a picture of the scarf and label and post your question and pictures on that board. Or if this is something you are thinking about buying, then you may be able to just give the board the item number.
If you already own it and are thinking about selling it, do not sell it unless you know without a doubt that it is authentic.

I agree with the too good to be true theory. But as you know, even if the price is high, that doesn't guarantee that the item is authentic.
