I sent a mail to eBay HQ (CALIFONIA ) ON July 10th via a registered mail. 
 
to complaint about my unfair treatment as a seller under money-back guarantee.
 
in my case, ebay stood for a liar, 
 
but i never heard back, is it the traditional way eBay treats its user? (ignore...)
 
anyone successfully heard back after file an official complaint?
