What is the telephone number for eBay Canada customer service?

The toll-free number generated depends on the problem you need solved. You have to go through Help & Contact and try to narrow it down until you get close to something that describes your problem without being led in a loop. It might be simpler to pose your problem here and allow other users to troubleshoot for you.

There isn't one.

We share with the dotCOM  centre.

The daytime clerks are in Utah and the night clerks are in the Phillippines.

Make sure the clerk understands that Canada is not part of the USA. Don't be afraid to ask for a supervisor.

Be polite.

There isn't one. The Canadian call centre was shut down in 2009.

You have to use the "Help & contact" link on this page. Go the Contact section and step through the decision tree to find something close to your issue to get a number to call (warning: some numbers are not open 24/7). And do mention which eBay marketplace you are coming from or your customer rep may give a reply that does not apply to Canada.

For more general, less time critical issues there is also the weekly chat session (with ebay.CA staff).

And you can ask also on the forum for comments about your problem/issue/concern from other buyers and sellers. Just like you did here.

When you a fully savvy ebay seller, the problems you encounter are not solvable by a community forum. I am boggled why some members allow themselves to be shamelessly used by ebay. Are you paid for this? If not stop defending the scoundrels.
