The reporting page for price gouging has never worked properly from day 1. The pulldown does nothing. I have given up reporting price gougers. there isn't even a price-gouging category when you use the report listing from the item's listing. I have given up on eBay for buying stuff.

Hi @theoldestfart - looks like that link isn't working on eBay.ca (but does on eBay.com).
If you need a page to report items from you can use this one, which will work.
Also, when it comes to reporting price gouging, please report using the following drop downs (Screenshot below):
Prohibited and restricted items>Offensive or Violent material>Disasters and human tragedies
