There have been a couple of questions about size and measurements disappearing from the Clothing Search. I forwarded them..... you may regret having taught me a new trick. Woman Tongue

Did they do away with size and brand "filters" in fashion. no more multiple brand or size search?

Good day! Two things for me today:

1- eBay fees: I sold an item in US $ with free shipping, final fees were C$5.25 including taxes. Buyer wanted to cancel, which I agreed to. Credit eBay gave me on the invoice: C$5.19. Why the difference?

2- Feedback: when will you bring back the option to leave more than one feedback at once? Doing this one by one is really driving me crazy! Both as a seller and a buyer! While were at it.... please bring back the "See item details" link.

Thanks!

another member brought this up in the Sellers Forum, so I ran a check on a couple of my listings and sure enough there is a problem.

Shipping is not being calculated for Small Packet items to USA. It seems to work OK for other International countries but for USA listings where I have selected Calculated Shipping and Small Packet, when I fill in the zip code I get an Error Message Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a Valid Postal Code.

I checked on 2 listings item numbers 282760254914 and 28275755187

The area codes I tried were 77565 (Texas) and 19119 (New York)

Both listings have the correct weights <1000g and dimensions are OK

Another member suggested using Flat Rate for Small Packet, which I suppose would work.

I'm not sure when Small Packet changed to be the same for all of USA - I guess I missed the memo, but I have always used calculated and when I first started with eBay rates were different for different States, so it had to be calculated.

Could you please check this out. It's another one of those things that used to work fine, and is now broken.

Good morning, Tyler.

First of all, allow me to express my immense relief on the recently-announced change around the anticipated no-watermark policy. I'll just leave it at that, I've posted enough on the boards about it. But, thank goodness. I was not looking forward that policy change coming to fruition.

Anyway, I noticed a week or two ago the the address for sellers was missing from the bottom of our invoices and today I see it is back but not quite right. I flag this as something I found humorous as opposed to a real problem. It seems like the word for Canada is written in Chinese? Google translate says it's 'Chinese' but I thought, to be honest, the language spoken in China is Mandarin and to call it 'Chinese' as a language is akin to saying that Canadians speak 'Canadian' as opposed to English.

Also, yes, buyers are up in arms over missing refinements in search for apparel. (As has been previously brought to your attention here.) The sizing refinements still exist on ebay.com but are missing on ebay.ca so I should think this is merely a programming glitch but one I think that buyers and sellers are suffering for.

Thank you, have a good day.

Some of my Cantonese-speaking friends might feel otherwise.  Woman Wink

But then if one studies languages...

Canadian is a unique form of English... You might even define it on the basis of province.

The English language is uniquely different in many provinces, or parts of a province.

There is a part of Ontario where you may think you have been transported to England...  because of the accent... and  the way that English spoken.

Thanks for bringing this up @femmefan1946, @reallynicestamps, @momcqueen & @casino_boyz.

This is an issue we've filed a tech report on and are waiting to hear back on. The inimitable @simeovivia0 is working directly with the teams involved and will keep their feet to the fire (so to speak, he's quite civilized). 😉

Hi @lady.stark!

1. Will you check your 'All Account Activity' page for the same item number to see if you see an accurate depiction of what was charged and what was credited? I have seen invoices only show line items for what was charged (less taxes) in the past. If your All Account Activity section shows $5.25 charged and $5.19 credited I would suggest contacting Customer Support to see about getting a credit for the difference.

2. Thanks for sharing on these other pain points. I don't have an update on multiple feedback at once - I know it's something that many people are running into as well. I'll see what I can find out. And when you talk about 'See item details' do you mean from the feedback page?

Hi @around_again_records - I'm getting the same type of issues when I try to input some US ZIP codes in the listings you mentioned. I'm not sure why, as both appear to meet the requirements for Small Packet. I'll get this reported and see if we can get to the bottom of this. Will you send me a private message with any other examples you run into or threads you've seen mention this?

Glad to hear that you were relieved! We will always encourage you to use photos without watermarks for optimal placement with Google's search engine, I think this change lets you make that call, which is nice.

To your screenshot - I've not seen that before! I'll get it reported to the right people. Hopefully we'll see it back in good old English (Canadian? Smiley Tongue) sooner than later.

Howdy @around_again_records - I just wanted to loop back with you on this: I've heard back that this is an issue on the roadmap to be fixed, but don't currently have a time frame. Additionally, thanks for pointing out that your listings are still generating a shipping cost, just with the additional error (thanks for the extra detail by the way!). Posting it here publicly in case anyone else is having similar issues. Thanks again!
