How come If i try to buy something and ship it to Canada it wont let me anymore even though the seller list it as ships worldwide? Even the sellers don't know why but the purchase wont go through

Have you tried purchasing using Add to Cart? That seems to work okay in some cases.

Yes It did not work. I had to ship the last 2 items to a relative in Buffalo and have them re-ship to Canada

It sounds like you need to call eBay Customer Service and explain your situation to them.

PS. On a side note do you know if your phone number is filled in with your accounts?(eBay/Paypal) With some sellers it is a requirement that be filled in before completing a sale.
