It has been about 3 months since you received it

and left the seller Pos. Feedback.

You only have 45 days to file a claim and that has long passed.

If you paid by credit card there is a slim chance of doing a chargeback

by phoning the 1_800 number on the back of the card but they also have

time limits.

I understand, but the part should have lasted longer. Must be of low quality. I didn't use it right away, that is why it took so long. I'm not pursuing it any further. I learned my lesson.
