How can i send a new invoice to my Purchaser ?

I have to send a new invoice to my  purchaser regarding to mail cost, how can i do that ?

Put your new amount in for shipping on your invoice but before you send it, hit the Preview Shipping on the lower left side & then send that one. And do not hit recalculate as it will revert to the original shipping cost.
